Quality Coffee from the Isle of Wight

We are proud to be serving Jaspers coffee at Three Buoys. It really is a unique quality coffee experience. The coffee produced are Artisan Roasted in Brading by Peter. He uses high quality single origin arabica beans from around the world. Each coffee is roasted to bring out its natural flavour and characteristics. They do not dark roast since this destroys the natural sugars leading to a bitter bland coffee.

Jaspers are a small and bespoke roastery. They roast only when needed guaranteeing optimum freshness. 250g bags of beans are also available to purchase at the restaurant so you can have that quality espresso experience at home.

Three Buoys offers a relaxing dining experience whether you join us for a cocktail on the weekend, lunch on balcony or a cosy evening meal.

The restaurant is run by Tim Foster, born on the Isle of Wight and from Ryde has worked in catering for more than ten years. In recent years Tim has been managing various restaurants on the Isle of Wight before deciding it was the right time to open his own business with wife Emma.

Our team of chefs is lead by Scott Buckley who pulls his inspirations from experiences he has had in top restaurants in the Country to create the different dishes on the menu. Scott has passion for good quality local produce and is often out and about foraging in the local area for the specials board. His focus in the kitchen is not shying away on packing the dishes full of flavours with timeless classical methods being used to give customers a sensual experience with every bite.

From the moment I booked the service was great. The food was of very good quality (my Husband had the Mackerel Pate starter which he said was excellent, followed by the Sirloin Steak ... I had the Cod Loin, Tomatoes and Butter Beans and Ribbon Cucumber with Feta) and with pudding, drinks - incl. a bottle of wine - it was an amazingly good price!! The staff were very welcoming and very attentive, and with the views overlooking the sea, we couldn't fault anything. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this restaurant to anyone! - -Ascot via Trip Advisor
